You will be given an estimated delivery date by your sales representative. This date is based on different manufacturers normal production cycle. Consumers Cabinets Express is not responsible for delays by the manufacturer which are beyond our control.Estimated delivery dates are calculated from the date the sales order and all its supporting documentation is finalized by the customers
Every unit comes complete with all parts, hardware and instructions necessary for proper assembly and undergoes stringent quality control measures at the factory prior to shipment. In the rare instance that it may be required,damagedor missing parts will be replaced at no charge by the factory. All Sales Orders are subject to Corporate acceptance. Consumers Cabinets Express does not acknowledge verbal promises. Make sure all specifics are in writing on the sales order that you will be approving. Your merchandise will be ordered exactly as detailed on your Sales Order and approved documentation. or as you ordered online.
Assembling your new furniture is rewarding, easy and fun! The instructions packed with each unit are complete and easy to understand. Any tools required to assemble your unit are plainly listed in the instructions. In most instances, the only tool required is a simple screwdriver. The customer is responsible for proper assembly, adjustment, and leveling of the unit. Your new furniture is built to last. For your protection and convenience, and with few exceptions, your purchase is warranted by the factory for 3 years from date of purchase. The specifics of this limited warranty are provided with every unit purchased. No other warranty is expressed or implied as to the quality, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of any goods supplied.
We are confident that we offer the lowest prices on all the products we sell. So, if you find get a quote from a legitimate reseller, for a full thirty days from the date of purchase, for the same item with a lower price than our Everyday Low Price, we will gladly honor that quote and give you an additional 10% REWARD! That's right, just for bringing it to our attention we will also give you an additional 10% of the difference in price. It's our way of saying "Thank you!". Of course distress, liquidation and final sales are not included
When your order has been received complete, and verified at our warehouse, we will contact the customer to schedule a convenient day for delivery. At this time we will verify the correct delivery address, cross street and COD amount to be collected on delivery. Please have the proper C.O.D. amount (Bank check or Money Order) ready for our driver. Our drivers cannot make change or accept credit cards. The customer is responsible to be at home or at the job site the day the delivery has been scheduled. If the customer is not at home or at the job site or does not have the proper C.O.D. to enable Consumers Cabinets Express to complete the delivery and Consumers Cabinets Express must reschedule the delivery, then a redelivery charge equal to the original delivery charge with a minimum of $50.00 will be imposed. If an emergency does arise and you must postpone your delivery, you must call our delivery department at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date or you will be responsible for a redelivery charge as explained above. The time required for each delivery and the time required between stops will vary, so we cannot quote a specific time of day for your delivery. Our normal delivery times are Monday through Saturday 8:30 AM to 5 PM, however, extenuating circumstances will sometimes affect this schedule. Due to Insurance regulations, our drivers are responsible to deliver to first floor levels only and cannot remove any doors, moldings, banisters or other obstructions in order to effect the delivery.
When your order has been received complete, and verified at our warehouse, we will contact the customer by mail and/or by phone that your merchandise is ready to be picked-up. We request you bring the proper vehicle to transport your merchandise home or to the job site. We accept no claim for damaged products on merchandise which are picked-up by the purchaser. Helping customers to load products is a courtesy service offered to patrons who request it, therefore, Consumers Cabinets Express will not accept any responsibility for damage to products or vehicles (exterior or interior) in the process of rendering this courtesy.
Stock products (non special order) may be returned, to the Holbrook warehouse only, for refund, only when in original unopened packaging, the packaging must be in resalable condition. All original sales, pickup and/or delivery receipts are required for any return. Customer is responsible for determining that all home measurements are accurate before purchase is made, that all electronic components, TV’s, computers, etc. will fit in the desired room location. For your convenience, the post-assembly dimensions of each unit are usually indicated on the carton. Returns are subject to a 15% handling fee
You have taken careful consideration in choosing just the right product for your home. Please take the same time to double check the sales contract for the special order which you have ordered. Special order products can take several weeks to get and are not cancelable or returnable. If you have any questions about the product you have contracted for please do not hesitate to call us immediately.
Please be as accurate as possible when requesting a required date for your order. Holding merchandise for an extended period of time is not only costly but may lead to a greater chance of product damage. Orders will be held for a maximum of 30 days from time of notification that your products are ready for delivery or pick-up. After 30 days, we reserve the right to transfer your order to a public warehouse for storage. Purchaser will be responsible for all costs incurred in the transportation, storage and retrieval fees from the public warehouse back to the Consumers Cabinets Express warehouse. After 90 days your account will be referred to our legal department for litigation proceedings
Refunds are mailed from our main accounting office within two weeks from cancellation notice. No refunds will be made at any store. Bank card adjustments are made by credit to the account which the original purchase was made. Check refunds will only be made to the Name of the original purchaser that appears on Consumers Cabinets Express's Sales Contract. All original sales, pickup and/or delivery receipts are required for any return. Purchases are not subject to cancellation unless notified within three days of purchase. If canceled after three days, deposit may be forfeited.
Please retain all Sales and Delivery receipts. These documents contain specific information which will allow us to serve you better in the event that you require information or service.
